I brought my vehicle to Elite Automotive after having an ongoing issue with ABS sensor that another shop had already worked on but was unable to resolve. The previous shop did identify the general area of the problem, but after replacing a part and not fixing the issue, they were already preparing to move on to replacing another possible part (ABS Module, $3k repair) without doing the proper testing to confirm the cause. Elite Automotive took a much more thorough approach. They were able to properly diagnose the problem and ultimately discovered that the part the previous shop had replaced was actually defective. Once that was identified, the issue was fixed and they tested the vehicle afterward to make sure everything was working properly. What really impressed me was the detail in their diagnostic report. They provided detailed information about other issues they found, including pictures, explanations, and corrective measures for each one. It gave me a clear understanding of what was going on with my vehicle and what would need attention. I really appreciate the time and effort Elite Automotive put into actually diagnosing the problem instead of simply guessing and replacing parts. Their thoroughness and attention to detail made a big difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a shop that takes diagnostics seriously.

Visited the shop to get my Mini serviced. I really liked how streamlined the process was with no fuss. Fred sent me a link of what they found or noticed with my vehicle during inspection along with photos and evidence. They also sent me link of an itemized quote allowing me to reject or accept the recommended services. Although it was a bit pricey as it is for mini/bmw, I appreciated that they valued my time and took care of the maintenance I wanted for my mini!

After having issues dealing with Jaguar dealerships, I took my Jaguar E-Pace to Elite Auto and Jesse was able to get my car inspected/ diagnosed/ repaired all in under a week at a very reasonable price! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the team at Elite Automotive!
